Adictive game play loop. The game has roguelike elements and as high difficulty as you like, the meta-progression is really generous and gives you really good rewards for your efforts. I'm always up for "One more night"

Freaking rad soundtrack, really fun roguelike/tower defense style game with some RPG elements. The more you play the more things you unlock so it's got pretty cool progression.
If you hate difficult games with long runs and tons of meta progression, this game is NOT for you.
Anyway, it's a very good game. Just be warned that runs are long and you just won't win your first game. You have to unlock stuff before that. Also if you unlock anything during your current run, you can use it in that run. You can also leave the game at any point without losing any progress by going to the main menu during the run. I recommend reading some of the top rated guides here on Steam, incredibly helpful. btw if you have problems with cpu and gpu usage, doing the following helped me greatly: - turn off vsync and switch unlimited fps to 60 fps or 30 fps, - run the game as admin (you can set it to auto in exe properties in compatibility tab), - disable run in background. Edit: forgot to mention, if you think the game is too difficult, you can enable boundless mode to have unlimited amount of Omens (for example +1 hero or smaller waves)
